How do I get my “Copy Count” or Meter Reading?
For most machines, to get a copy count, press and hold the button that says the word “COPY”. Total output should display in the screen. If you are having difficulty, please call 800-362-4333 for assistance.
Is there something I can do when I get a service code on my copier?
Try turning off the machine and then turn it back on again. Like a computer, restarting the machine may clear the problem. If that does not take care of the problem or if the code comes back, you should either fill out our online service call form or call our service department at 800-362-4333.
Will I receive a confirmation when I place a Service Call?
You will receive an automated acknowledgement that your form was sent successfully. If you do not receive confirmation from our Service Department within 2 business hours of your request, please contact 800-362-4333 to be sure you are on our service schedule.
Will I receive a confirmation when I send a Meter Reading?
You will receive an acknowledgement that your Meter Reading form was sent successfully.
Will I receive a confirmation when I place an Equipment Supply order?
You will receive an acknowledgement that your Equipment Supply order has been sent successfully.
