Invoicing Specialist

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/Invoicing Specialist responsible for processing and invoicing client supply orders. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous administrative experience, a high attention to detail, and be comfortable taking client phone calls and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming phone calls and take supply orders, place service calls, or direct the caller to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Process and invoice all contracted equipment supply orders received via phone or email.
  • Process sales orders and invoicing for supplies and coordinate daily deliveries.
  • Manage client returns and process credits/rebills for supply orders.
  • Assist with placing supply orders with vendors, as needed.

Skills/Requirements

  • Associates degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Administrative role, preferred.
  • Ability to communicate professionally over the phone, in-person, and in writing.
  • Proficient typing skills and basic computer skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a high attention to detail.
