CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Customer Service Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, handling a variety of administrative tasks, and ensuring our customers' needs are met efficiently and professionally.
The Customer Service Administrator will play a key role in supporting our customer service department. This position involves interacting with customers, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and have a passion for helping others.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain customer records in our CRM system and update information as necessary
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating when needed
- Assist with product information, shipping inquiries, and tracking
- Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including scheduling and coordination of appointments
- Ensure all customer interactions are documented and follow-up actions are completed
- Support with generating customer reports and managing databases
- Handle any other tasks as required to support the customer service function
EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative support (1-2 years preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (experience with [specific software] is a plus)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-first attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
