Territory Account Manager

Rhyme is seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager for both Green Bay, Milwaukee and Rockford. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual who thrives on hunting for new business, possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and competitive drive, and has the proven ability to establish and maintain business relationships.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Build the business. Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients to build your client base for business-to-business (B2B) sales.
  • Put your social skills to work. Your days will be spent speaking to prospective and existing clients to determine their needs and demonstrate how Rhyme can help.
  • Market the latest office technology and services. You’ll sell products from well-known manufacturers, paired with Rhyme’s respected name.
  • Be a consultant. Determine the best combination of products and services to address your clients’ needs, and develop presentations to showcase the technology solutions.
  • Always learn something new. In a challenging, ever-changing industry, you’ll be given the tools to stay up-to-date.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience and 2 years of outside sales experience, required.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with all levels of an organization.
  • Solid planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver license, and ability to travel by vehicle up to 50% of the time within the territory.
