Sales Coordinator (part-time)

Rhyme is seeking a part-time Sales Coordinator to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. This position will be responsible for performing administrative tasks to support Rhyme’s Sales Department, specifically focused on processing sales paperwork and data entry. The position will work closely and communicate with multiple departments to ensure smooth and successful completion of the sales process from the sale to installation of equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, review, and submit all necessary sales documentation to the Contracting Department.
  • Scan and catalogue completed Sales Packet.
  • Complete quarterly reporting with vendors.
  • Process basic invoicing for machine installations.
  • Enter data within multiple internal systems for appropriate record keeping.
  • Send out post-installation surveys to clients.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or related field, preferred.
  • Previous experience in a sales support role, preferred.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Professional communication and people relations skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing and balancing multiple tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, as necessary.

This position will offer flexible hours from Monday through Friday, with approximately 20 hours per week.
