We are currently seeking a Delivery Driver/Installation Technician responsible for delivering Document Imaging Hardware (Printers, Copiers & Other Technology) and assisting in the install of the equipment for our clients. This is a full-time position that will start and end the day at our corporate office in Portage.

The Delivery Driver/Install Technician is responsible for delivering and installing client equipment while adhering to the highest standards of safety and customer service. The individual in this role will ensure that clients are satisfied with their equipment by providing smooth delivery and setup, networking the equipment for use, and training end-users on functionality. This position will also have responsibilities delivering offices products and furniture to clients.

  • Properly load and secure equipment into vehicles for delivery to client locations.
  • Unload equipment and plug in proper cables, including network, power, and accessory.
  • Assign IP, subnet mask, and gateway to connect equipment to client network.
  • Set up scanning functions on equipment, including scan-to-email and scan-to-folder.
  • Install print drivers locally on client computers, both Windows and Mac, and assist client IT department with installing drivers on the server.
  • Train client end-users on new equipment.
  • Deliver daily office supply orders, furniture, and equipment as scheduled.
  • Return defective product to the office and complete return paperwork as necessary.
  • Assist with general building maintenance, organization, and cleaning.
  • Assist with assembling office furniture, as required.
  • Deliver company products to customers in a timely fashion.
  • Transport and complete installations of equipment at customer locations.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; previous delivery experience a plus.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Strong customer service, time management, and organization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to plan and navigate delivery route.
  • Basic networking skills and background.

Hours for this position will vary, but will typically be 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. A company uniform and phone will be supplied.
